Our stay at Reinales Plaza was a pleasant surprise. The central location was convenient, with supermarkets and metro stations nearby. The shower in our room was great and the staff, although language was a slight barrier, were relatively helpful. The breakfast room had a charming ambiance, giving us a glimpse of the hotel's historical charm. I would recommend this hotel for its affordable price and convenient location.

I chose Reinales Plaza for its perfect location near Latin America Memorial.
Confusion with room and dusty conditions. Mosquitoes and poor WIFI.

I recently stayed at the charming Reinales Plaza for a few days and it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff made me feel comfortable and secure throughout my stay. The affordability of this hotel was a bonus. The location is central, with Lago Arouche, supermarkets, and metro stations nearby. The shower was satisfactory and the breakfast room and entrance hall gave a glimpse of the hotel's historical European charm.
I would recommend this hotel.

Stuff tried to be friendly – but helpless Entrance of the hotel looked nice
Everything looked very old Bath-room was not very clean, bulbs were broken Power-socket looked “dangerous” (sparks through out when using it) “mini-bar” (fridge) was empty Did not take master-card

Luggage service on arrival very good and quick. Checkin at reception a little slow.
Water was leaking from toilet base, so I got wet feet. Internet service availability was claimed, does not really work. Breakfast very basic, and not readily refilled, i.e. bread only arrived sporadically.

Despite the difficulties in english, staff was very kindly. Internet connexion was provided (not in the room). The hotel is well located.
Not good english speaking or even not at all for some receptionists. the room is old dated.

The location is central, close to Lago Arouche, supermarkets, and metro stations. The hotel has a quaint historical European building, giving it a unique charm. The breakfast room and entrance hall reflect the hotel's rich history. The price is affordable, making it suitable for backpackers.
The street outside can be noisy, and the hallways can be crowded. The hotel tends to attract local families, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quieter stay.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options including bread, bacon, cheese, fresh fruit, and juices. The central location of the hotel was convenient, being close to important avenues and the metro. I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay more enjoyable.
I had some issues during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with dirty sheets and a bathroom wall with blood spots.

Stayed here for Trade show I was attending in Sao Paulo, because I wanted to be close to the show. The hotel is adequate and safe, but they don't speak a word of English and the internet only worked half the time. There is no internet in the rooms. It is in a very shady part of town though, which is not safe for Americans to walk around in at night. I have never felt more uncomfortable in any city in the world as I did in this part of Sao Paulo at night.

The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city. We also appreciated the affordable price and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was decent and offered enough variety to start the day off with a full stomach.
The size of our room was smaller than expected, and the cleanliness could have been better. We also experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi and the mosquito problem was quite bothersome. Additionally, the neighborhood around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night. we had an average experience but there is room for improvements.

There was no reservation when I arrived at the hotel!

we had stop only for 1 night. Nice stuff, but the hotel itself needs some renovation, maybe in 1950-s it was really luxury one :) This is european point of view, for South America it should be 4 starr definetily. I liked sweet pies at breakfast!

The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to Sao Paulo downtown. It was near the metro station and supermarkets. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast, although simple, included fresh fruit and juices. The room was old-fashioned but adequate, and the shower worked properly.
The hotel had some cleanliness issues that made the stay unpleasant.
